Sales Manager

The position of «Sales Manager» of electrical equipment and solutions includes:

  • intensive searching and attracting of new customers

  • negotiating at different levels of the customer organization, identifying needs and opportunities for sales

  • selecting of the equipment and searching for analogues for the customer’s needs

  • developing, offering and supporting of integrated solutions for the unique tasks of customers including the involvement of technical and engineering offices of the company. Management of the internal company projects

  • preparation of commercial offers and contracts execution

  • transactions supporting

  • receivables management

The sales manager’s deals structure includes both «short» and «long» project sales. We consider this position as the most important professional step in career progress for the «Key Account Manager» (KAM) position.

 

Position of Sales Manager is vacant in the cities of Moscow and Saint Petersburg.

 

General requirements for the candidate:

  • B2B sales experience

  • electrical engineering sales experience (as an advantage in the construction industry)

  • experience in conducting independent productive negotiations at different levels of the client organization

  • advanced 1C and MS Office user

  • ability to hear a client, identify and formulate needs, result-oriented performance, mobility

  • desire of professional grow in the field of electrotechnical solutions promotion

 

Conditions offered by the company:

  • employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

  • work schedule 5/2 (from 9-00 to 18-00)

  • probationary period of 3 months

  • the office within walking distance of the metro: in Moscow Vodnyi Stadion or Yuzhnaya; In Saint Petersburg Bukharestskaya
