Key Account Manager (KAM)

The position of Key Account Manager (KAM) includes:


  • building long-term partnership relations with key clients of the company
  • detailed clients’ tasks immersion, needs analysis, consulting

  • initiation of internal projects on development and integration of engineering solutions at customer sites

  • organization of communications between various participants of the construction chain, identification and coordination of their interests

  • promotion of the company’s brand among the key clients

  • management of economic efficiency of projects

  • managing the team of subordinate specialists (optional)


The deals structure of the key account manager includes mainly long-term sales. In most cases, KAMs create mini-teams of 2-3 subordinates that help them in solving technical problems. The position implies short business trips

We consider key account managers as main experts and actively involve them in company management.

Position of Key Account Manager is vacant in Moscow and Saint Petersburg

 

General requirements for the candidate:

  • B2B sales experience from 3 years

  • electrical engineering sales experience in the construction industry

  • well-established connections with representatives of suppliers of electrotechnical products

  • project management experience

  • experience in conducting productive negotiations at different levels of the client organization

  • result-oriented performance, self-dependence


Conditions offered by the company:

  • employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

  • work schedule 5/2 (from 9-00 to 18-00)

  • probationary period of 3 months

  • the office within walking distance of the metro: in Moscow Vodnyi Stadion or Yuzhnaya; In Saint Petersburg Bukharestskaya

  • salary + sales fee

  • internal and external training programs

  • coffee, tea at the Company’s expense
